In the 9th minute, Esteban Endira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Formentera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 15thth minute of the game Wilfredo Benvide who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Newcastle United's Kryspin Wyrostek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kryspin Wyrostek made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Esteban Endira sent off a good shot on target. Esteban Endira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kryspin Wyrostek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Benvide in the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Barnaba Bentkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esteban Endira hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Esteban Endira could shoot a difficult shot in the 33rd minute, which Kryspin Wyrostek however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Formentera getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Esteban Endira hit a great ball. Formentera's Wilfredo Benvide got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Esteban Endira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kryspin Wyrostek was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Geronimo Silviano kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Newcastle United's Kryspin Wyrostek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Benvide in the 53rd minute of play. Wilfredo Benvide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kryspin Wyrostek having to interfere. If Wilfredo Benvide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kryspin Wyrostek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Endira, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Wilfredo Benvide took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kryspin Wyrostek. Kryspin Wyrostek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 76th minute, Esteban Endira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Formentera's 龙建烨 got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute of the match Hieronim Rasimowicz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Camilo Mondragon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 94 minutes in the game Barnaba Bentkowski did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Hieronim Rasimowicz. Formentera's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
