Domenico Sabatino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henning Åberg in the 15th minute of the match. FC Bullen's Emanuel Sefastsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anfilogino Chiola in the 17th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Henning Åberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Domenico Sabatino. Sorci Viola's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henning Åberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Domenico Sabatino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henning Åberg's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. If Henning Åberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domenico Sabatino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henning Åberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Beppe Zoff to make the kick off. Henning Åberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Domenico Sabatino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 54th match minute, FC Bullen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommy Hellqvist to maneuver through the defense. FC Bullen's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leontin Stamate in the 62nd minute. FC Bullen's Leontin Stamate got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Fausto Bellomo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 67 minutes had been played. After 68 played minutes Sorci Viola got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Bellomo. A hard shot by Leontin Stamate from long distance, 69 minutes into the match, got Domenico Sabatino's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The audience was convinced that Henning Åberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Domenico Sabatino was relentless in the 71st minute of the game.
