With a little luck, Sletteenge's Arne Heeris got control of the ball when Mario Duplantier tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th minute, Mike Terrana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arne Heeris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Aposan, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Mario Duplantier might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arne Heeris. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mario Duplantier ran back to his position shaking his head. Gregorius Kytter struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Pedro Paulo Penha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sletteenge. After a defensive mix-up in Sletteenge's zone, Alexandre Aposan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Heeris came out of the goal and Alexandre Aposan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arne Heeris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Duplantier, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Mario Duplantier took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Arne Heeris to make any attempt to save it. The Ogro F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sletteenge's goalkeeper Arne Heeris, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alexandre Aposan hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artur de Castro during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 43 played minutes Sletteenge got a freekick which was hit by Balthazar Birksdal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Sletteenge:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ogro F.C.:s goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Volmer Frimand made a kick off. When Alexandre Aposan came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Ogro F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexandre Aposan couldn't finish the play. Volmer Frimand who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Pedro Paulo Penha when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the Sletteenge defense, Alexandre Aposan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arne Heeris. The Sletteenge fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arne Heeris should have stopped the shot. Arne Heeris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Aposan, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Pedro Paulo Penha came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Sletteenge's Godtfred Friisbøl. But to his dismay, Godtfred Friisbøl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Artur de Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sletteenge players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ogro F.C..
