The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aquiles Iruinea struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Sven-Olof Ahlroht didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18. After a rather tough play, AIF's Gunnar Klemensson got a free kick in the 11th minute. Sven-Olof Ahlroht took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucio Peio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute Bror Skoog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teo Bernaldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AIF's Sven-Olof Ahlroht played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Gimenez in the 16th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Silvestre Gimenez put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Sven-Olof Ahlroht. In the 23rd minute Aquiles Iruinea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Olof Ahlroht saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefan Collin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Teo Bernaldo made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aquiles Iruinea in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sven-Olof Ahlroht saved AIF from getting behind. Tomas Pelagius's late challenge caught a AIF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Pelagius helped the player get up and apologised. 32 minutes into the match, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's goalkeeper Teo Bernaldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gunnar Klemensson. After 33 minutes of play, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Silvestre Gimenez made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sven-Olof Ahlroht was left in no man's land by his defense there! 42 minutes into the match, Silvestre Gimenez notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of AIF's Sven-Olof Ahlroht. Sven-Olof Ahlroht was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eliseo Pacho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 47th play minutes Aquiles Iruinea shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Sven-Olof Ahlroht and just under the crossbar into goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Lucio Peio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Sven-Olof Ahlroht made a huge save. AIF's Sven-Olof Ahlroht played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Peio in the 61st minute of play. In the 67th minute Lucio Peio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Olof Ahlroht saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, AIF's Sven-Olof Ahlroht got control of the ball when Aquiles Iruinea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sven-Olof Ahlroht didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aquiles Iruinea went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the AIF defense, Aquiles Iruinea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sven-Olof Ahlroht. The AIF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sven-Olof Ahlroht should have stopped the shot. Silvestre Gimenez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Sven-Olof Ahlroht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 86th minute of the game. One of AIF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18:s goal. The referee gave StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 a penalty, 87 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marcelino Nuno, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of AIF's Sven-Olof Ahlroht. 0-7. Teo Bernaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Collin, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Silvestre Gimenez took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sven-Olof Ahlroht. Sven-Olof Ahlroht dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Elias Ostadar kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The supporters of StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 booed when AIF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 99 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christer Strömbom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcelino Nuno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 100th minute of the match, but Sven-Olof Ahlroht made a huge save. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
