Deportivo Ortegano's Bahiano Caballeria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urdin Castan in the 25th minute of play. Dario Draxler hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 32ndth minute of the game Pablo-Enrique Alabern who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Ortegano's Bahiano Caballeria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcio Martinez made in the 35th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Sebastián Paz however managed to control. After having played for 36 minutes, Jan Koller managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Ortegano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan Koller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Deportivo Ortegano's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo-Enrique Alabern came free, but Bahiano Caballeria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bahiano Caballeria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dabi Vila in the 42nd minute of the match. Jan Koller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albano Unzueta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, one of Los once leones Ourense:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Bahiano Caballeria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo-Enrique Alabern, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pablo-Enrique Alabern had several of the Deportivo Ortegano's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 87 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Bahiano Caballeria as he didn't even see the shot coming. Deportivo Ortegano's Bahiano Caballeria proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Ortegano from getting a goal against them. Los once leones Ourense's Albano Unzueta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Guipuzcoa in the 93rd minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
