The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Lázaro Prestes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Femke Bol was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urtzi Zamorano in the 6th minute of play forced Heide FC's goalkeeper Iwan Dziuma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 8 minutes Heide FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Caetano Tasso who took care of the corner kick. Figueira SC FSCMZ's Caetano Tasso was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Iwan Dziuma in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Yuri Reiss short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Iwan Dziuma to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Iwan Dziuma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelardo Veloso in the 15th minute of the match. After 20 minutes, Lázaro Prestes made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Figueira SC FSCMZ's Femke Bol tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Heide FC's Iwan Dziuma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Heide FC from getting a goal against them. 24 minutes into the match, Lázaro Prestes notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Figueira SC FSCMZ's Femke Bol. Femke Bol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Figueira SC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Femke Bol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Veloso in the 28th minute of play forced Heide FC's goalkeeper Iwan Dziuma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Heide FC's goal looked a bit too open when Urtzi Zamorano came free, but Iwan Dziuma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Femke Bol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Prestes in the 32nd minute of the match. The throw-in from Dadá Macedo in the 34th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Heide FC's Bogumil Zarobski. Femke Bol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Montes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Heide FC's Lázaro Prestes in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Figueira SC FSCMZ's goalie prevented a goal. If Abelardo Veloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Urtzi Zamorano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Iwan Dziuma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heide FC's Lázaro Prestes got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th match minute, Figueira SC FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malin Koshkov to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lázaro Prestes to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Lázaro Prestes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Femke Bol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwan Dziuma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Reis in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Prestes in the 60th minute of play forced Figueira SC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Femke Bol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute Abelardo Veloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Dziuma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Montes hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Heide FC made a substitution. Juvenal Azevedo replaced Moises Berenguer. Figueira SC FSCMZ made a substitution. Pastor Hartz replaced Abelardo Veloso. The supporters of Figueira SC FSCMZ booed when Heide FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute Urtzi Zamorano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Dziuma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Figueira SC FSCMZ getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Dadá Macedo hit a great ball. Lázaro Prestes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 77 minutes of play, Heide FC's Lázaro Prestes made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Femke Bol was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Heide FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Julian Bejrut hit a great ball. When Figueira SC FSCMZ's Urtzi Zamorano in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Heide FC's Iwan Dziuma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Hartz in the 88th minute of play. Heide FC's Krzysztof Wiater was substituted for Lázaro Prestes. After a rather tough play, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Yuri Reis got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Figueira SC FSCMZ's zone, Fernando Montes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Femke Bol came out of the goal and Fernando Montes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Heide FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
