The audience thought a goal was coming when Jardel Head got free with Pankracy Glogowski in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jardel Head came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pankracy Glogowski could save by the left post. Berke Korucu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Glogowski having to interfere. AC Milan's Valerios Papagiannakos was substituted for Miltiadis Antonatos. The audience was convinced that Jardel Head's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pankracy Glogowski was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Jardel Head in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Club Atlético Atlanta's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Jardel Head scored to the left of an out of position Pankracy Glogowski, making the score, 0-2. AC Milan's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
