The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Lu Yuan Yin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Duarte de Barros. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Duarte de Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhou Yan Feng in the 6th minute of the match. Segundo Casco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Duarte de Barros made a huge save. 16 minutes into the game, João Guimarães was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Minotauro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chelmza Team the free kick. Lu Yuan Yin scored 2-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Duarte de Barros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Segundo Casco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Duarte de Barros firmly grabbed it by the left post. Segundo Casco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Duarte de Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Duarte de Barros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lu Yuan Yin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Duarte de Barros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Segundo Casco in the 35th minute. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Minotauro's goalkeeper Duarte de Barros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chelmza Team's attentive Jedrzej Debowy managed to snatch the ball when Chicão Corrêa made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. Segundo Casco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Duarte de Barros made a huge save. Tiaguinho Martins charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiaguinho Martins the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Minotauro getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Tiaguinho Martins hit a great ball. Duarte de Barros was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Lu Yuan Yin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lu Yuan Yin really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Minotauro's Tales Vasconcelos was substituted for Claudinei Brito.

54 minutes into the game, Lu Yuan Yin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Duarte de Barros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Minotauro's Duarte de Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lu Yuan Yin in the 59th minute of play. The throw-in from Jedrzej Debowy in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Minotauro's Chicão Corrêa. 76 minutes into the match, Chelmza Team's Lu Yuan Yin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Duarte de Barros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Chelmza Team booed when Minotauro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tales Vasconcelos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Minotauro's Duarte de Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lu Yuan Yin in the 84th minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Minotauro's goal looked a bit too open when Lu Yuan Yin came free, but Duarte de Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute, Segundo Casco made a precise shot to the right of Duarte de Barros. Minotauro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Minotauro's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
