In the 8th minute of the match Golden Dragón F.C got a corner. Líbano's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alan Petersen ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Golden Dragón F.C's corner Alan Petersen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hisham Abdul Nasser quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, Golden Dragón F.C's Hilario Pesquera got control of the ball when Lotfi El Makhtoub tried to sneak it across the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, Ceyhan Celvet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hisham Abdul Nasser was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ceyhan Celvet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hisham Abdul Nasser having to make a save. Hisham Abdul Nasser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceyhan Celvet in the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Dirar Rashid came free, but Hilario Pesquera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hilario Pesquera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dirar Rashid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Líbano's Dirar Rashid in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After having played for 43 minutes, Ceyhan Celvet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Dragón F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ceyhan Celvet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Líbano's Hilario Pesquera threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dirar Rashid, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dirar Rashid stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Akram Munahid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilario Pesquera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ceyhan Celvet scored 0-2 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hisham Abdul Nasser, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 57th minute, Akram Munahid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hilario Pesquera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akram Munahid, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Líbano's Hisham Abdul Nasser proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Líbano from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Golden Dragón F.C had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
