Corvin Kasik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kong Gang Feng, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Corvin Kasik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wei Hong Ning went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Christian Lekubegi charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christian Lekubegi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th minute, Christian Lekubegi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Kong Gang Feng notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Hamburg Fighters's Corvin Kasik. Corvin Kasik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Corvin Kasik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Lagerberg in the 16th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hamburg Fighters's Luka Reich got a free kick in the 16th minute. Corvin Kasik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yuan Qi went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. When West Staines Massive's Kong Gang Feng in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hamburg Fighters's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Hamburg Fighters getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Rudolf Aschenbrenner hit a great ball. When West Staines Massive's Kong Gang Feng in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kong Gang Feng in the 31st minute of play forced Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper Corvin Kasik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Tilmann Bünder sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Corvin Kasik skillfully saved the ball. When Peter Lagerberg came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the West Staines Massive fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peter Lagerberg couldn't finish the play. If Christian Lekubegi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Kong Gang Feng put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Corvin Kasik. 44 minutes into the game, Holder Fohler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hamburg Fighters's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave West Staines Massive the free kick. In the 45thth minute of the game Kong Gang Feng who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hamburg Fighters's Corvin Kasik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Corvin Kasik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tilmann Bünder in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half West Staines Massive were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kilian Gutrath stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kong Gang Feng's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Corvin Kasik firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 53rd minute, Wei Hong Ning reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Corvin Kasik. The goal made the score 0-6. If Maurice Höfgen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kong Gang Feng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Corvin Kasik made a huge save. Corvin Kasik made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Kong Gang Feng sent off a good shot on target. Hamburg Fighters's Walt Schräder was substituted for Rudolf Aschenbrenner. Corvin Kasik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. In the 81st minute Bernd Schimmel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kay Becker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Corvin Kasik acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 85th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jan Thomas. Kong Gang Feng charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kong Gang Feng the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Corvin Kasik came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by West Staines Massive's Christian Lekubegi. But to his dismay, Christian Lekubegi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. In the 93rd minute, Marcus Bensch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th match minute, West Staines Massive was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Lekubegi to maneuver through the defense. West Staines Massive's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
