Defensores del Tiki Tiki's Timoteo Lando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Defensores del Tiki Tiki from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anselmo Abastas in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Timoteo Lando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Timoteo Lando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Ferdinand, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Timoteo Lando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Abastas in the 44th minute of the match. When Anselmo Abastas, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 44 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Timoteo Lando was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Ruperto Abad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Timoteo Lando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Defensores del Tiki Tiki played a much better game than Deportivo Kadorna and deserved their victory. The Deportivo Kadorna players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
