Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Boruc Marut started the match with the kick off. After 6 played minutes, A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's Hermínio Cavalcante shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonas Pombal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in A.C. Paulistano - DMZ reached it. After a rather tough play, Fabiofs's Hamílton Couto got a free kick in the 17th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Fabiofs's goal looked a bit too open when Hermínio Cavalcante came free, but Jonas Pombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elano de Salles in the 19th minute of play forced A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's goalkeeper Jorge Campos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Campos made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Elano de Salles sent off a good shot on target. In the 21st minute Ioan Mavrodin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Pombal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Pedro Prestes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonas Pombal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Hermínio Cavalcante had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonas Pombal. Fabiofs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hermínio Cavalcante was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Fabiofs's Jonas Pombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boruc Marut in the 27th minute of play. Jonas Pombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boruc Marut in the 29th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Daniel Lago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Elano de Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute Ioan Mavrodin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Pombal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Campos had great luck who in the 38thth minute grab hold of the ball when Edílson de Souza from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 39th minute Fabiofs were awarded a corner. Daniel Lago went to the cornerflag to take it. Daniel Lago made a great header on Fabiofs's corner, it was just that A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's Jorge Campos managed to reach the ball for a save. Fabiofs's Jonas Pombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermínio Cavalcante in the 45th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's goalkeeper Jorge Campos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elano de Salles. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elano de Salles made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ioan Mavrodin in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonas Pombal saved Fabiofs from getting behind. Ioan Mavrodin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Jonas Pombal made a huge save. Fabiofs's Jonas Pombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boruc Marut in the 60th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Fabiofs's goal looked a bit too open when Ioan Mavrodin came free, but Jonas Pombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Daniel Lago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of A.C. Paulistano - DMZ booed when Fabiofs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remo Simão didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the match, A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Elano de Salles came free, but Jorge Campos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 minutes, David Lizana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.C. Paulistano - DMZ and the Fabiofs players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 67 played minutes A.C. Paulistano - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by David Lizana. Jonas Pombal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ioan Mavrodin in the 69th minute. Jonas Pombal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ioan Mavrodin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Pombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ioan Mavrodin in the 76th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ioan Mavrodin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonas Pombal. That made the score 0-2 in the 78 minute of play. Elano de Salles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Jorge Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Fabiofs's Jonas Pombal got control of the ball when Ioan Mavrodin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 90th minute of the game, David Lizana landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 90 minutes into the game, Edílson de Souza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fabiofs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.C. Paulistano - DMZ the free kick. After a rather tough play, Fabiofs's Edílson de Souza got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hermínio Cavalcante got free with Jonas Pombal in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Fabiofs fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. A.C. Paulistano - DMZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
