Hank Grandison started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes The Obscurials got a freekick which was hit by Lance Morey. After some careless play in the BES MUDI BANDITS defense, Kirk Sperling kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edwardo Mueller. The BES MUDI BANDITS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edwardo Mueller should have stopped the shot. With 11 minutes on the clock, Todd Crampton commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 11th minute, one of BES MUDI BANDITS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BES MUDI BANDITS. In the 14th minute there was a penalty for The Obscurials. Lance Morey stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Edwardo Mueller. 0-2. Otto Didlick made an important save on a dangerous shot by Neil Weatherby in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute, Kirk Sperling made a precise shot to the right of Edwardo Mueller. BES MUDI BANDITS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 24 minutes into the game, The Obscurials's Hank Grandison nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edwardo Mueller made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. The Obscurials's Otto Didlick proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save The Obscurials from getting a goal against them. Lance Morey kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Bryan Fitton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the match, The Obscurials's goalkeeper Otto Didlick had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Neil Weatherby. Stewart Watson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Otto Didlick made a huge save. After some careless play in the BES MUDI BANDITS defense, Kirk Sperling kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edwardo Mueller. The BES MUDI BANDITS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edwardo Mueller should have stopped the shot. BES MUDI BANDITS's Cregan Zalunardo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ellis Sawbridge, made in the 40th minute of the game. After some careless play in the BES MUDI BANDITS defense, Kirk Sperling kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edwardo Mueller. The BES MUDI BANDITS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edwardo Mueller should have stopped the shot. Edwardo Mueller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lance Morey in the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a rather tough play, The Obscurials's Jarvis Biddell got a free kick in the 55th minute. Otto Didlick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cregan Zalunardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. With an all-out effort, The Obscurials's Edwardo Mueller threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hank Grandison, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stewart Watson in the 66th minute of play forced The Obscurials's goalkeeper Otto Didlick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Kirk Sperling ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edwardo Mueller was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Hank Grandison took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Edwardo Mueller to make any attempt to save it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brice Johnson during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kirk Sperling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edwardo Mueller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hank Grandison, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Otto Didlick came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by BES MUDI BANDITS's Stewart Watson. But to his dismay, Stewart Watson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8. Brock Weller charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brock Weller the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes The Obscurials got a freekick which was hit by Brock Weller. Stewart Watson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Otto Didlick tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
