With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franco Viso in the 2nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Long Yuan De saved Astillero del Guayas from getting behind. The supporters of Astillero del Guayas booed when NAGANO F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franco Viso didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Franco Viso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Franco Viso came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the NAGANO F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franco Viso couldn't finish the play. Baldeón Bretal hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, NAGANO F.C's Franco Viso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Long Yuan De narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Franco Viso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Long Yuan De. Astillero del Guayas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franco Viso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Long Yuan De made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 王云光 in the 26th minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Urre Maria heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 35th minute Franco Viso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Long Yuan De saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Long Yuan De took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franco Viso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the match, NAGANO F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Xofre Campomanes came free, but Ubaldo Elguero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Dani Galiana recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ubaldo Elguero. Dani Galiana showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paredes Campderros was the one to do the kick off. Vicente Odon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Long Yuan De tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. NAGANO F.C's Kamil Grositskiy managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hakkı Deniz Bedi in the 57 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, NAGANO F.C's Zhang Ang got a free kick in the 58th minute. Ubaldo Elguero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dani Galiana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruperto Ufret lost his temper 63 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of Astillero del Guayas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of NAGANO F.C:s goal. Long Yuan De came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by NAGANO F.C's Diego Terme. But to his dismay, Diego Terme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Dani Galiana charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dani Galiana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 67th minute, Dani Galiana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Long Yuan De stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 王云光's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Astillero del Guayas's Long Yuan De played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Talip Neşet in the 72nd minute of play. NAGANO F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Diego Terme in the 73rd minute. 79 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Long Yuan De had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Franco Viso. When Franco Viso fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NAGANO F.C's protests and gave Franco Viso a yellow card for diving instead. Franco Viso hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match.
