In the 9th minute, Jerson Casas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mellington Henao hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atila Cabezon in the 12th minute of play forced Inter de Guayaquil FC's goalkeeper Romo Ungo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inter de Guayaquil FC's Jerson Casas managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Orlando Trevijano in the 15 minute of the game. When Kaiser!'s Xaver Lomelin in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Inter de Guayaquil FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 19 minutes of play, Kaiser!'s Atila Cabezon made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Romo Ungo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 22 minutes into the match, Inter de Guayaquil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Atila Cabezon came free, but Romo Ungo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23 minutes, Jerson Casas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Inter de Guayaquil FC and the Kaiser! players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jerson Casas hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atila Cabezon in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romo Ungo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Kaiser!'s 叶诚鹰 got control of the ball when Blanco Lambarida tried to sneak it across the goal line. Blanco Lambarida received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 叶诚鹰 came out and tried to block the shot, but Blanco Lambarida slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 34th minute. Romo Ungo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xaver Lomelin in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute Atila Cabezon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romo Ungo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blanco Lambarida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Atila Cabezon to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 66th minute Amador Cambas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romo Ungo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaiser!'s Atila Cabezon got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 叶诚鹰 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vicente Depino went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Vicente Depino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 叶诚鹰 having to make a save. 叶诚鹰 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Depino, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Diego Di Maria kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The Inter de Guayaquil FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
