Francisco Ferrando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian De La Rosa-Zevallos having to interfere. Venceslas Jabariego kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. A collision led to Atletico de la Rosa CF getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Venceslas Jabariego hit a great ball. Camilo Renedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kasper Björklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Vennancio Fontanez in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Azul Y Plomo's Castro Ribalta. The supporters of Azul Y Plomo booed when Atletico de la Rosa CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moisés Caicedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Trevor John Bailey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camilo Renedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Castro Ribalta made in the 28th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dani Varsana immediately put the ball in play. Vennancio Fontanez hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Trevor John Bailey might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Renedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Trevor John Bailey ran back to his position shaking his head. Trevor John Bailey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Camilo Renedo made a huge save. In the 42nd minute of the match, Trevor John Bailey got a very nice opportunity to score, but Camilo Renedo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Ferrando made a kick off. A collision led to Azul Y Plomo getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Castro Ribalta hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Atletico de la Rosa CF's Matías Oyola got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute, Francisco Ferrando sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Atletico de la Rosa CF's Julian De La Rosa-Zevallos didn't even have to move. 77 minutes into the game, Moisés Caicedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atletico de la Rosa CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Azul Y Plomo the free kick. In the 77th minute, Moisés Caicedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Moisés Caicedo kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Camilo Renedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trevor John Bailey in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Azul Y Plomo's Intriago Alicea got a free kick in the 90th minute. Camilo Renedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trevor John Bailey, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Azul Y Plomo eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
