Adrien Tanneau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from He Gang Jian in the 25th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Valette Stars's goal looked a bit too open when He Gang Jian came free, but Adrien Tanneau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

53 minutes into the match, He Gang Jian dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adrien Tanneau, 1-2. 58 minutes into the match, Valette Stars's Saul Eriz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Youri Maguet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Valette Stars's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustave Rat was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. klide13's Brendan Gavelle was substituted for Luís Paulo Matorin. klide13 made a substitution. The audience thought a goal was coming when He Gang Jian got free with Adrien Tanneau in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
