In the 11th minute Heide FC were awarded a corner. Witold Hodyl went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Heide FC's Fernando Montes to fire away a dangerous shot which Atalan Cebeci despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Witold Hodyl made in the 18th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by RED KHAGAN's Mustafa Kemal Deren. Heide FC's Witold Hodyl quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Mustafa Kemal Deren, made in the 25th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baturay Zaim in the 27th minute of play forced Heide FC's goalkeeper Iwan Dziuma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iwan Dziuma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yılmaz Başdemir in the 29th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, RED KHAGAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Folke Malmström to maneuver through the defense. Atalan Cebeci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Prestes, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute.

The crowd rose to their feet as Baturay Zaim kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Iwan Dziuma. That made the score 1-1 in the 53 minute of play. Heide FC's Juvenal Azevedo was substituted for Leszek Sakowicz. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind RED KHAGAN's goalkeeper Atalan Cebeci, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Witold Hodyl was slow to take the kick. During this time Heide FC's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Julian Bejrut managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Despite being the better team, Heide FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
