After having played for 32 minutes, Fitrah Bagjanata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. U21 Indonesia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fitrah Bagjanata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dewa Cinta came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by U21 MZ Country's Fodil Otman. But to his dismay, Fodil Otman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. U21 MZ Country's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mohamed Ben Ghazi in the 37th minute. After taking down the ball on U21 MZ Country's corner Mohamed Ben Ghazi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dewa Cinta quite easily take care of the ball. 39 minutes into the match, U21 MZ Country's goalkeeper Mahieddine Bouzid had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anak Junior. The supporters of U21 Indonesia booed when U21 MZ Country was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tayeb Benmabrouk didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to U21 MZ Country getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Abderrahmane Zaaf hit a great ball. Mahieddine Bouzid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fitrah Bagjanata, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fodil Otman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. But to his dismay, Munir Abdallah quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Mahieddine Bouzid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honestra Haridinata in the 59th minute of the match. When Tayeb Benmabrouk fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored U21 MZ Country's protests and gave Tayeb Benmabrouk a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute, Tayeb Benmabrouk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. U21 MZ Country made a substitution. Amar Fadela replaced Cheikha Moussa. Tayeb Benmabrouk made in the 91st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Amar Fadela however managed to control. 94 minutes into the game, U21 Indonesia's Toto Tualasamony nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mahieddine Bouzid made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3.
