Uriel Cordearo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edvaldo Brasil having to make a save. Pastor Nofre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Markus Smart hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Guilherme Paraense in the 38th minute of play forced Tello AFC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Pello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
