Lucjan Marchefka ran over to the corner to take the kick. 18 minutes into the match, Niemierich RK 06's goal looked a bit too open when Ömer Halisdemir came free, but Paulino Estebano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulino Estebano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ömer Halisdemir in the 18th minute of play. Ömer Halisdemir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Estebano having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juliusz Traczewski in the 26th minute of play forced Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Kajetan Dec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Niemierich RK 06's zone, Ömer Halisdemir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulino Estebano came out of the goal and Ömer Halisdemir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st minute, Juliusz Traczewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Niemierich RK 06 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 44 minutes into the match, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goal looked a bit too open when Juliusz Traczewski came free, but Kajetan Dec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Zawisza Bydgoszcz getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Lucjan Marchefka hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ömer Halisdemir made a kick off. With a little luck, Niemierich RK 06's Paulino Estebano got control of the ball when Ömer Halisdemir tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Niemierich RK 06 defense, Ömer Halisdemir kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulino Estebano. The Niemierich RK 06 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulino Estebano should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Niemierich RK 06 booed when Zawisza Bydgoszcz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kazimierz Gaszynski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 65 minutes, Ömer Halisdemir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ömer Halisdemir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ömer Halisdemir took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulino Estebano. Paulino Estebano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Ömer Halisdemir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 83rd match minute, Niemierich RK 06 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwan Praski to maneuver through the defense. Paulino Estebano didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Ömer Halisdemir shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Niemierich RK 06's Paulino Estebano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Niemierich RK 06 from getting a goal against them. Paulino Estebano made an important save on a dangerous shot by La Škarpa in the 95th minute. The Niemierich RK 06 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Zawisza Bydgoszcz's performance. The match ended with a win for Zawisza Bydgoszcz.
