Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan Gacki in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christian Abbiati prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 13 minutes into the match, KANONIERZY's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Gacki came free, but Christian Abbiati reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, KANONIERZY's Gösta Söderberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gwidon Dubilas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Krzysztof Bycofski made in the 23rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by KANONIERZY's Ime Mavros. Gwidon Dubilas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gösta Söderberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the match, Lech Max's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Söderberg came free, but Gwidon Dubilas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gösta Söderberg in the 42nd minute of play forced Lech Max's goalkeeper Gwidon Dubilas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gwidon Dubilas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gösta Söderberg in the 59th minute of the match. If Gösta Söderberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan Gacki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Christian Abbiati tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Konstanty Zielinski got free with Christian Abbiati in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lech Max were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after KANONIERZY's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jan Gacki took the corner. If Jan Gacki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gösta Söderberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gwidon Dubilas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. KANONIERZY's Ludomil Poteralski was substituted for Bernard Poniewaz. Konstanty Zielinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lech Max's Otsoko Balmaceda was substituted for Jan Gacki. After 87 played minutes KANONIERZY got a freekick which was hit by Ivo Chaves. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
