Okey Cavia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Cyryl Kochniarczyk made a huge save. Zenon Osikowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikolaj Kosiorek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Don Corleone in the 9th minute of play forced FC Cavia Pyskowice's goalkeeper Zenon Osikowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Don Corleone had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zenon Osikowicz. FC Cavia Pyskowice's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Don Corleone was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Mikolaj Kosiorek might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zenon Osikowicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mikolaj Kosiorek ran back to his position shaking his head. Zenon Osikowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikolaj Kosiorek, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 17thth minute of the game Mikolaj Kosiorek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Cavia Pyskowice's Zenon Osikowicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 18 played minutes SuRpRiSe got a freekick which was hit by Julian Giertych. 27 minutes into the game, Mikolaj Kosiorek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Zenon Osikowicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 31 minutes into the match, FC Cavia Pyskowice's goal looked a bit too open when Mikolaj Kosiorek came free, but Zenon Osikowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st match minute, FC Cavia Pyskowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobiasz Skarpiak to maneuver through the defense. Mikolaj Kosiorek scored 0-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zenon Osikowicz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Mikolaj Kosiorek came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the SuRpRiSe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikolaj Kosiorek couldn't finish the play. After having played for 43 minutes, Mikolaj Kosiorek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SuRpRiSe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikolaj Kosiorek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zenon Osikowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikolaj Kosiorek in the 44th minute of play. After the first half SuRpRiSe were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Okey Cavia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikolaj Kosiorek in the 52nd minute of play forced FC Cavia Pyskowice's goalkeeper Zenon Osikowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ronaldinho Cavia kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Mikolaj Kosiorek could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which Zenon Osikowicz however easily saved by the left post. In the 62ndth minute of the game Mikolaj Kosiorek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Cavia Pyskowice's Zenon Osikowicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zenon Osikowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Giertych, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After 67 minutes, Don Corleone mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SuRpRiSe and the FC Cavia Pyskowice players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Cavia Pyskowice booed when SuRpRiSe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Don Corleone didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Teobald Michalski in the 71st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SuRpRiSe's Jakub Cetnar. After taking down the ball on SuRpRiSe's corner Tomasz Mierzejewski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zenon Osikowicz quite easily take care of the ball. Zenon Osikowicz was a little too slow when Don Corleone got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 0-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikolaj Kosiorek got free with Zenon Osikowicz in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dobromir Kondysar kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 87th minute, one of FC Cavia Pyskowice:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Cavia Pyskowice. SuRpRiSe's Tomasz Mierzejewski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Dobromir Kondysar in the 96 minute of the game. When the match was over SuRpRiSe could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Cavia Pyskowice throughout the match.
