Fabian Reitsma kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Baldomero Guillem made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Oscar Confesor sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Black Rose 1979 booed when Islas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristides Ubendu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baldomero Guillem made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eriberto Felipillo in the 15th minute. Eriberto Felipillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Guillem having to interfere. Baldomero Guillem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Confesor, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Baldomero Guillem made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eriberto Felipillo in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute, Oscar Confesor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baldomero Guillem was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Placido Richie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dionisio Abaurre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Eriberto Felipillo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Baldomero Guillem. That made the score 2-0 in the 37 minute of play. Dionisio Abaurre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Richie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baldomero Guillem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Felipillo in the 44th minute of play. Islas FC made a substitution. Benedicto Tonete replaced Eriberto Felipillo.

In the 56th minute, one of Islas FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Islas FC. Islas FC:s Dionisio Abaurre showed great skill when he stopped Desiderio Alvarez:s penalty. After a defensive mix-up in Islas FC's zone, Fabian Reitsma stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dionisio Abaurre came out of the goal and Fabian Reitsma tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baldomero Guillem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Tonete in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute, Benedicto Tonete ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baldomero Guillem was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Confesor in the 68th minute of play forced Black Rose 1979's goalkeeper Baldomero Guillem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomero Guillem stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oscar Confesor's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Baldomero Guillem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Confesor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Confesor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 78 minutes into the game, Benedicto Tonete cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Baldomero Guillem was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Baldomero Guillem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Tonete in the 88th minute of play. The supporters of Black Rose 1979 booed when Islas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavio Matthew didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orlando Rudolfo scored 5-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dionisio Abaurre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dionisio Abaurre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Rudolfo in the 98th minute of the match. Octavio Matthew kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. Dionisio Abaurre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Reitsma in the 100th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Richie in the 102nd minute of play forced Islas FC's goalkeeper Dionisio Abaurre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Islas FC fully deserved thier win.
