Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Servando kicked off to start the match. After 8 minutes Celta de Virgos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lino Semeno who took care of the corner kick. Eulalio Dodorol tried in the 8th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Herminio Pirmin a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-0. RB Chubut's Juan Sorin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alfonso Miliano, made in the 14th minute of the game. With a little luck, Celta de Virgos's Herminio Pirmin got control of the ball when Alfonso Bikendi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Herminio Pirmin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justino Heli in the 17th minute. Adrian Cristos fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 20th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. Xizavier Dacorrega kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Ruben Millano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Herminio Pirmin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso Bikendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Cristos charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adrian Cristos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 35 played minutes RB Chubut got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Cristos. 36 minutes into the match, RB Chubut's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Servando came free, but Robert Vassenius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the RB Chubut defense, Joel Servando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robert Vassenius. The RB Chubut fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robert Vassenius should have stopped the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

RB Chubut's Lázaro Quico was substituted for Adrian Cristos. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alfonso Bikendi to strike the kick off in the second half. Celta de Virgos made a substitution. Ernesto Iraitz replaced Joel Servando. Ruben Millano hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Celta de Virgos's Herminio Pirmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrézinho Pelé in the 62nd minute of play. Isaac Mingo kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Lázaro Quico made in the 66th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Celta de Virgos's Bernabe Estavan. RB Chubut's Robert Vassenius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Iraitz in the 69th minute of play. Isaac Mingo kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Herminio Pirmin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Mingo, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Celta de Virgos's Herminio Pirmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Mingo in the 78th minute of play. After some careless play in the Celta de Virgos defense, Andrézinho Pelé kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herminio Pirmin. The Celta de Virgos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herminio Pirmin should have stopped the shot. After 85 played minutes Celta de Virgos got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Miliano. 88 minutes into the match, RB Chubut's Andrézinho Pelé sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Herminio Pirmin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Herminio Pirmin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrézinho Pelé's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. RB Chubut walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
