Romulo Viator made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nelsinho Faria in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, OTTO FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Delassus came free, but Romulo Viator reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Romulo Viator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nelsinho Faria in the 13th minute of play. Romulo Viator came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Nelsinho Faria. But to his dismay, Nelsinho Faria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After taking down the ball on OTTO FC - FSCMZ's corner Su Shu Zhen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Barra Gol quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ren Xiang Xun in the 23rd minute of play forced PEÇONHENTO FC MG's goalkeeper Barra Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tony Tavares hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Romulo Viator showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Vigil, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Su Shu Zhen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Barra Gol. That made the score 1-1 after 33 minutes of play. Su Shu Zhen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Barra Gol when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 48 minutes into the game, PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Emanuel Vigil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romulo Viator made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Kaká Carneiro made the kick off in the second half. OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Romulo Viator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Vigil in the 53rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Nelsinho Faria got a free kick in the 60th minute. Barra Gol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ren Xiang Xun, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabriel Delassus got free with Romulo Viator in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Romulo Viator didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Emanuel Vigil shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-3 in the ordered_time% minute. PEÇONHENTO FC MG made a substitution. Peter Paul Crouch replaced Emanuel Vigil. Romulo Viator yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. PEÇONHENTO FC MG's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
