Max Moberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeng Xu Yuan in the 38th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zeng Xu Yuan to make the kick off. Poetass FC's Kalle Billberg got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luiz Fernando de Lara hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Poetass FC's zone, Óscar Cardozo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Maria Goiano came out of the goal and Óscar Cardozo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Poetass FC's Vicente Heidemann was substituted for Cássio Maia. The supporters of A.C.CROCA booed when Poetass FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Max Moberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
