The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sebastian Quirce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Siqueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Sebastian Quirce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Siqueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Urtzi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelo Gröhe. Arsenal de Gols F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnaldo Urtzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 31st match minute, Pan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Klucznik to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Siqueira in the 37th minute of play forced Pan FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Quirce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Pan FC's Arnaldo Urtzi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcelo Gröhe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnaldo Urtzi in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelo Gröhe saved Arsenal de Gols F.C from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Arsenal de Gols F.C's Isak Kongegaard got a free kick in the 47th minute. Pan FC made a substitution. Eriberto Bakar replaced Primitivo Laurendi. The supporters of Pan FC booed when Arsenal de Gols F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 49 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isak Kongegaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elias Siqueira was the one to do the kick off. Elias Siqueira took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastian Quirce. Sebastian Quirce dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Pan FC's 许明卫 was substituted for Arnaldo Urtzi. In the 81st minute, 许明卫 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelo Gröhe was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Pan FC's Sebastian Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Bertassi in the 84th minute of play. In the 88th minute 许明卫 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Gröhe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, 许明卫 took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Marcelo Gröhe to make any attempt to save it. When 许明卫 came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Pan FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 许明卫 couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 98 minutes, Marcelo Gröhe successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Pan FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
