The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Orlondo Mathey made in the 2nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Milanis E.C.'s Isiah Hinkle. João Augusto Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Benavidez in the 5th minute of the match. A collision led to Milanis E.C. getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Isiah Hinkle hit a great ball. Kerem Ceyhan came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Milanis E.C.'s Zé Tola. But to his dismay, Zé Tola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leopoldo Benavidez got free with João Augusto Simões in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 17 minutes into the game, Fiz Loño recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of João Augusto Simões. Fiz Loño showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, João Augusto Simões successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. João Augusto Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Benavidez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kerem Ceyhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurgain Ruiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. João Augusto Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Benavidez in the 30th minute of the match. Dantel Villatoros short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got João Augusto Simões to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Carqueja's Kerem Ceyhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Tola in the 37th minute of play. After 39 played minutes Milanis E.C. got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fernando de Lima. Kerem Ceyhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurgain Ruiz in the 41st minute of the match. Carqueja's Kerem Ceyhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Tola in the 44th minute of play. Zé Tola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Tola in the 47th minute of play forced Carqueja's goalkeeper Kerem Ceyhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dantel Villatoro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Zé Tola who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carqueja's Kerem Ceyhan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leopoldo Benavidez's late challenge caught a Milanis E.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leopoldo Benavidez helped the player get up and apologised. Leopoldo Benavidez kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After 61 minutes, Fahl Gattuso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Milanis E.C. and the Carqueja players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Tola in the 63rd minute of play forced Carqueja's goalkeeper Kerem Ceyhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Zé Tola put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Kerem Ceyhan. In the 75th minute Zé Tola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kerem Ceyhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Milanis E.C.'s Kerem Ceyhan threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zé Tola, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Milanis E.C.'s Zé Tola slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kerem Ceyhan. That made the score 1-4 after 84 minutes of play. After 92 played minutes Milanis E.C. got a freekick which was hit by Isiah Hinkle. The Milanis E.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Milanis E.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
