In the 34th minute Carmelo Corderun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valério Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Zuberbühler FC's 龚扬强 got control of the ball when Turgut Zor tried to sneak it across the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Queluzito's Turgut Zor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 龚扬强 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zuberbühler FC's 龚扬强 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clóvis Quirino in the 88th minute of play. Queluzito's Erasmo Moreno was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but 龚扬强 in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Luizão Massa charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luizão Massa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 92 played minutes Queluzito got a freekick which was hit by Luizão Massa. 96 minutes into the match, Derk Borst dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Valério Donatello, 3-1. Zuberbühler FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
