After a rather tough play, Armada's Dumitru Bidulescu got a free kick in the 4th minute. The supporters of FC MCM booed when Armada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Róbert Benkó didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC MCM's Allan Clementsson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cristian Anastasiu in the 9 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbert Benkó in the 12th minute of play forced FC MCM's goalkeeper Manuel Tufescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14thth minute of the game Róbert Benkó who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC MCM's Manuel Tufescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elodio Ghinescu took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Färid Mondragón. Färid Mondragón dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 26th match minute, FC MCM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Clementsson to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Tufescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbert Benkó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, FC MCM's Manuel Tufescu got control of the ball when Róbert Benkó tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th minute, Róbert Benkó made a precise shot to the right of Manuel Tufescu. FC MCM's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 38 minutes into the game, Allan Clementsson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Armada's Cristian Anastasiu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 41st minute, Róbert Benkó left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Armada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Florin Gaciu kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Ma Feng Sen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Armada's supporters rose to their feet, but Ma Feng Sen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Tufescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 53rd minute Florin Gaciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Färid Mondragón saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th match minute, Armada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Anastasiu to maneuver through the defense. A sloppy throw-in by Allan Clementsson in the 57th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Armada's Cristian Anastasiu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Redisz in the 59th minute of play forced Armada's goalkeeper Färid Mondragón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Róbert Benkó in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Tufescu saved FC MCM from getting behind. Armada made a substitution. Eliodor Coposu replaced Edgar Șeicaru. Edgar Șeicaru hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Armada's Färid Mondragón got control of the ball when Bogdan Agusoaei tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as FC MCM's Radomil Redisz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Färid Mondragón. That made the score 3-2 after 78 minutes of play. 82 minutes into the match, FC MCM's goal looked a bit too open when Róbert Benkó came free, but Manuel Tufescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armada's Färid Mondragón proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Armada from getting a goal against them. FC MCM's Manuel Tufescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Benkó in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC MCM's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ma Feng Sen was slow to take the kick. During this time Armada's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Ma Feng Sen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC MCM's Manuel Tufescu did a great save. Armada's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
