Copetonas AFC's Apolo Lizbeth got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bertol Tebar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Frutos in the 6th minute of play. Gabirel Caldeiro took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alejandro Gervaso. Alejandro Gervaso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 17 minutes, Atilano Mendiko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Copetonas AFC and the Club Carolino de Fútbol players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Club Carolino de Fútbol booed when Copetonas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Mendiko didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Michel Aelle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alejandro Gervaso was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Club Carolino de Fútbol's Sugoi Ezcurra was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alejandro Gervaso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bertol Tebar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilano Mendiko in the 22nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dimas Pradias during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 25 played minutes Club Carolino de Fútbol got a freekick which was hit by Dimas Pradias. In the 26th minute, Atilano Mendiko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bertol Tebar was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Tomás Martino got a throw-in 34 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Joaquin Frutos. In the 38th minute Atilano Mendiko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertol Tebar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute of the match Copetonas AFC got a corner. Club Carolino de Fútbol's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomás Martino ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 42ndth minute of the game Atilano Mendiko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Carolino de Fútbol's Bertol Tebar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bertol Tebar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timoteo Lope, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Atilano Mendiko made a kick off. With a little luck, Club Carolino de Fútbol's Bertol Tebar got control of the ball when Timoteo Lope tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Formerio Basanta in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejandro Gervaso saved Copetonas AFC from getting behind. In the 62nd minute, Dimas Pradias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Carolino de Fútbol fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Alejandro Gervaso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michel Aelle, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Atilano Mendiko's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Bertol Tebar skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Apolo Lizbeth got free with Bertol Tebar in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Club Carolino de Fútbol's Bertol Tebar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Club Carolino de Fútbol from getting a goal against them. Apolo Lizbeth was shown his second yellow card after 90 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Copetonas AFC's Alejandro Gervaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Aelle in the 93rd minute of play. Timoteo Lope could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Bertol Tebar made a huge save. Club Carolino de Fútbol's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
