Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. LiBeRiA F.C.'s Perrando Martínez Lamas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save LiBeRiA F.C. from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Mei Zhi Jian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maurino Serena was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mei Zhi Jian in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurino Serena saved A.D. Alcorcón from getting behind. Mei Zhi Jian went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 45th minute Belo Alvarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perrando Martínez Lamas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Giovani Sena took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Maurino Serena to make any attempt to save it. Arcadio Ramiréz lost his temper 94 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 94th minute of the game. One of A.D. Alcorcón:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LiBeRiA F.C.:s goal. Alcorcón supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching LiBeRiA F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for LiBeRiA F.C..
