Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Roceira SC's Hulk Speed started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Mino. Alfredo Joey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Haaland in the 7th minute of play. Alfredo Joey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Haaland in the 8th minute of the match. Saul Felo made a great header on Palermo's corner, it was just that Roceira SC's Marcelinho Barral managed to reach the ball for a save. Marcelinho Barral came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo's Santiago Mino. But to his dismay, Santiago Mino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 20th minute Hulk Speed shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Roceira SC's Marcelinho Barral got control of the ball when Marcelino Chaime tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Roceira SC fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Roceira SC's Michel Haaland looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 31 minutes into the match, Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Ksawery Winnicki came free, but Alfredo Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelinho Barral made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcelino Chaime in the 32nd minute. Santiago Mino who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Marcelinho Barral when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Hulk Speed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Joey having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Santiago Mino made the kick off in the second half. Alfredo Joey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ksawery Winnicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredo Joey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Rossi in the 53rd minute of play. Alfredo Joey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ksawery Winnicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Michel Haaland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfredo Joey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Alfredo Joey was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Michel Haaland capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Michel Haaland really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Hulk Speed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Joey having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santiago Mino in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelinho Barral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Palermo's Alfredo Joey got control of the ball when Michel Haaland tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hulk Speed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valdo das Neves lost his temper 83 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Saul Felo shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Marcelinho Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Chaime, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelino Chaime took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelinho Barral. Marcelinho Barral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. If Arnoldo Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Paolo Rossi fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Roceira SC's protests and gave Paolo Rossi a yellow card for diving instead. Paolo Rossi kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th minute of the match Saul Felo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcelinho Barral skillfully saved the ball. In the 97th minute, Andrés Maraschin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
