In the 15th minute of the match Juniors FC got a corner. LiBeRiA F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nicanor Porfirio ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Juniors FC's corner Nicanor Porfirio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Perrando Martínez Lamas quite easily take care of the ball. Lázaro Colon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mei Zhi Jian, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute, Giovani Sena made a precise shot to the right of Lázaro Colon. Juniors FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. With a little luck, LiBeRiA F.C.'s Perrando Martínez Lamas got control of the ball when Uriel Isias tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the LiBeRiA F.C. defense, Uriel Isias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Perrando Martínez Lamas. The LiBeRiA F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Perrando Martínez Lamas should have stopped the shot. After taking down the ball on Juniors FC's corner Nicanor Porfirio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Perrando Martínez Lamas quite easily take care of the ball. 34 minutes in the game, Uriel Isias dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Uriel Isias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juniors FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Uriel Isias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Perrando Martínez Lamas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juniors FC's Nicanor Porfirio got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 43 played minutes LiBeRiA F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Bon Jović. In the 44th minute of the match Nicanor Porfirio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Perrando Martínez Lamas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nicanor Porfirio shot a long shot in the 44th minute and a light blocked Perrando Martínez Lamas hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mei Zhi Jian to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Ezequiel Barco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Juniors FC and the LiBeRiA F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of LiBeRiA F.C. booed when Juniors FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Barco didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 57 minutes, Uriel Isias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juniors FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Uriel Isias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lázaro Colon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejo Berart in the 60th minute of play. Severino Garikoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Perrando Martínez Lamas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kami Glik charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kami Glik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 74th minute of the game. One of Juniors FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LiBeRiA F.C.:s goal. In the 75th minute, Mei Zhi Jian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lázaro Colon was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Perrando Martínez Lamas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Frasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Juniors FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wlodzimierz Lepper in the 81st minute. Severino Garikoitz was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Perrando Martínez Lamas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Frasco in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute Juniors FC were awarded a corner. Wlodzimierz Lepper went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 88th minute, Wlodzimierz Lepper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ezequiel Barco got his second yellow card in the match during the 94th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 95th match minute, Juniors FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Barco to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Juniors FC had won after a very even match.
