The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Humberto Urtsin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fábio Chițan having to interfere. Marcial Bakar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pablo Gombal in the 15th minute. Léo Porto kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Marcial Bakar was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Raul Elazar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Raul Elazar really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 26 minutes into the match, Guter Tobia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fábio Chițan. Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guter Tobia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 29th minute, Raul Elazar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcial Bakar was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Cezar Ciorogaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's Fábio Chițan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guter Tobia in the 35th minute of play. Fábio Chițan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrey Kapitanski in the 40th minute of play. After 42 played minutes Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ got a freekick which was hit by Michel Favoretto. Fábio Chițan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guter Tobia, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guter Tobia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's Jim Roussel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcial Bakar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Pablo Gombal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Bakar having to interfere. Aves Negras made a substitution. Aaron Gallagher replaced Gervasio Pavieta. Aves Negras's Efrain Artal was substituted for Guter Tobia. If Pablo Gombal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Efrain Artal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fábio Chițan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Efrain Artal in the 82nd minute. Aves Negras's Marcial Bakar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Elazar in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th match minute, Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Léo Porto to maneuver through the defense. Efrain Artal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fábio Chițan came out and tried to block the shot, but Efrain Artal slotted it home off the left post making it 4-3 in the 88th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Efrain Artal in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fábio Chițan saved Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ from getting behind.
