Milferio's Celso Javiar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Milferio from getting a goal against them. In the 16th match minute, Poetass FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Maia to maneuver through the defense. José Maria Goiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terry Jamieson in the 21st minute of the match. Jonatan Iraitz struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. José Maria Goiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Milferio. A collision led to Poetass FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Kalle Billberg hit a great ball. In the 30thth minute of the game Terry Jamieson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Poetass FC's José Maria Goiano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Milferio's Terry Jamieson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Maria Goiano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Terry Jamieson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but José Maria Goiano was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Luiz Fernando de Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. José Maria Goiano came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Milferio's Terry Jamieson. But to his dismay, Terry Jamieson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Kalle Billberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Celso Javiar made a huge save. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Terry Jamieson was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Kalle Billberg notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Milferio's Celso Javiar. Celso Javiar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Terry Jamieson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Maria Goiano having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Milferio's goal looked a bit too open when Witalis Brysz came free, but Celso Javiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute Terry Jamieson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Maria Goiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Milferio's goal looked a bit too open when Kalle Billberg came free, but Celso Javiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 95 played minutes, Poetass FC's Jon-Egil Schjelderup shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Celso Javiar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Poetass FC reached it. Milferio's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
