Roneros F.C.'s Umbruso Salvadios managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Malcolm Westerberg in the 19 minute of the game. Rahim Niğdeli received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jeremias Moreno came out and tried to block the shot, but Rahim Niğdeli slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denílson Tepedino in the 30th minute of play forced Roneros F.C.'s goalkeeper Ricardo Ceberiche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Roneros F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Áron Bódog came free, but Ricardo Ceberiche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Malcolm Westerberg kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 42 minutes in the game Malcolm Westerberg did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Tales De Mileto. Nestor Soeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. ADM Taquaras's Radowit Dziuma was substituted for Nestor Soeiro. In the 48th minute, Nestor Soeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Denílson Tepedino was the one to do the kick off. Denílson Tepedino came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ricardo Ceberiche could save by the left post. In the 62nd minute Roneros F.C. were awarded a corner. Cordero Aberasturi went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Washington Piedrahita heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Ricardo Ceberiche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denílson Tepedino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute Witomir Jestrimski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute Roneros F.C. were awarded a corner. Zilar Aleson went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of ADM Taquaras's goalie and right to Cordero Aberasturi. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. ADM Taquaras's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Roneros F.C.'s Ricardo Ceberiche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denílson Tepedino in the 72nd minute of play. ADM Taquaras's Oliver Bierhoff was substituted for Denílson Tepedino. Witomir Jestrimski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jeremias Moreno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in ADM Taquaras's zone, Süruri Erbaş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Moreno came out of the goal and Süruri Erbaş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ADM Taquaras's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
