An unexpectedly hard shot by Cirilo Ritchie in the 3rd minute of play forced Unidad de Matanza's goalkeeper Jonatan Eguzki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arrecifes's Arif Ozan Oğuztan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Arrecifes from getting a goal against them. 9 minutes into the match, Arrecifes's goal looked a bit too open when Máximo Kirchner came free, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waldemar Okopny struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Arif Ozan Oğuztan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unidad de Matanza. Arif Ozan Oğuztan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Máximo Kirchner showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Arif Ozan Oğuztan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Máximo Kirchner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Cirilo Ritchie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arrecifes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 26th match minute, Unidad de Matanza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Orlin to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's goal looked a bit too open when Cirilo Ritchie came free, but Jonatan Eguzki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27thth minute of the game Cirilo Ritchie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unidad de Matanza's Jonatan Eguzki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 29 minutes of play, Arrecifes's Cirilo Ritchie made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonatan Eguzki was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 32nd minute Michal Stehno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Arrecifes's Cirilo Ritchie sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonatan Eguzki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Unidad de Matanza's Martin Grøtterud in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michal Stehno was the one to do the kick off. Arrecifes's Arif Ozan Oğuztan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Máximo Kirchner in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Máximo Kirchner in the 52nd minute of play forced Arrecifes's goalkeeper Arif Ozan Oğuztan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Máximo Kirchner in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arif Ozan Oğuztan saved Arrecifes from getting behind. Arif Ozan Oğuztan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Máximo Kirchner in the 53rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Cirilo Ritchie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arrecifes's supporters rose to their feet, but Cirilo Ritchie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonatan Eguzki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 55 played minutes Arrecifes got a freekick which was hit by Cirilo Ritchie. Clodoveo Orlin kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Arrecifes's Felipe Senon was substituted for Cirilo Ritchie. Unidad de Matanza's Lotfi Ziadi was substituted for Michal Stehno. In the 67th minute, Felipe Senon made a precise shot to the right of Jonatan Eguzki. Unidad de Matanza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felipe Senon in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonatan Eguzki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Raul Vigil charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raul Vigil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Unidad de Matanza booed when Arrecifes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Vigil didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute of the game Freddy Quintyn made a throw-in which Freddy Quintyn played forward. 88 minutes into the match, Arrecifes's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Bâru came free, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arif Ozan Oğuztan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Bâru in the 90th minute of the match. Chants of Arrecifes echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Unidad de Matanza had held the ball for most of the match.
