The tension between the Club Atletico Lanus and the Clasificame Esta!!! players grew even worse after the yellow card. Geronimo Abascal hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Juan Sabino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Teofilio having to interfere. In the 10th minute Isidoro Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Gipuzkoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Clasificame Esta!!!'s goal looked a bit too open when Andres Gaizkine came free, but Bruno Gipuzkoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 played minutes Club Atletico Lanus got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Bingen. Astor Teofilio made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Juan Sabino sent off a good shot on target. Andres Gaizkine took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Gipuzkoa. Bruno Gipuzkoa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Victorio Tanio kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Andres Gaizkine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the match, Clasificame Esta!!!'s goal looked a bit too open when Andres Gaizkine came free, but Bruno Gipuzkoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Gipuzkoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Torres in the 35th minute of play. Bruno Gipuzkoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Tanio, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pablo Gomez during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th minute, Pablo Gomez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benedicto Lleir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andres Gaizkine was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 46th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 48th minute, Club Atletico Lanus's Humberto Clodio seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Humberto Clodio the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Club Atletico Lanus protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Humberto Clodio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Club Atletico Lanus:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Clasificame Esta!!!:s goal. Astor Teofilio went to the wrong direction when Patricio Gorri was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After the first half Club Atletico Lanus were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andres Gaizkine stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Astor Teofilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Chabier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was a well-played corner which Froilan Chabier managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After 61 played minutes Clasificame Esta!!! got a freekick which was hit by Gervasio Lesardo. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Lanus's Victorio Tanio got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Clasificame Esta!!!'s Juan Sabino got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 68 minutes into the game, Froilan Chabier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Astor Teofilio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Clasificame Esta!!! booed when Club Atletico Lanus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorio Tanio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Clasificame Esta!!!'s Juan Sabino in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Atletico Lanus's goalie prevented a goal. Mariano Baumer hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After 85 played minutes Clasificame Esta!!! got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Baumer. Juan Olando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
