The SC Pfullendorf fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when SC Pfullendorf's Eusebio Coello looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Agustin Jago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cordarell Saura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felipo Ramirez was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Tomás Segio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomás Segio really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariel Medardo in the 24th minute of play forced SC Pfullendorf's goalkeeper Felipo Ramirez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Albino Naranjo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Agustin Jago. Nippur de Lagash 2's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albino Naranjo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. The supporters of Nippur de Lagash 2 booed when SC Pfullendorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Castellano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrian Indartsu kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Eusebio Coello managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Pfullendorf's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusebio Coello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agustin Jago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomás Segio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Felipo Ramirez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Oscar Castellano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 38 minutes into the game, Albino Naranjo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Pfullendorf's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nippur de Lagash 2 the free kick. After the first half SC Pfullendorf were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Cordarell Sauras short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Agustin Jago to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cordarell Saura in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Agustin Jago saved Nippur de Lagash 2 from getting behind. In the 67th match minute, Nippur de Lagash 2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Austin to maneuver through the defense. Agustin Jago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cordarell Saura in the 68th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Godofredo Austin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Nippur de Lagash 2's zone, Cordarell Saura stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agustin Jago came out of the goal and Cordarell Saura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Felipo Ramirez came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Nippur de Lagash 2's Ariel Medardo. But to his dismay, Ariel Medardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. After a defensive mix-up in SC Pfullendorf's zone, Tomás Segio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felipo Ramirez came out of the goal and Tomás Segio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The goalkeeper, Agustin Jago, was totally fooled by SC Pfullendorf's Eusebio Coello, who 91 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Godofredo Austin kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. After 96 played minutes, SC Pfullendorf's Eusebio Coello shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Agustin Jago came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SC Pfullendorf reached it.
