The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Purple Talents's Victorino Lazcano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eros André narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Yu Cheng Kang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind PeGe FC's goalkeeper Eros André, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Victorino Lazcano scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eros André, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 19 minutes into the match, Victorino Lazcano notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of PeGe FC's Eros André. Eros André was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, PeGe FC's Celestino Balasi got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Victorino Lazcano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celestino Balasi hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Lazcano in the 32nd minute of play forced PeGe FC's goalkeeper Eros André to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Victorino Lazcano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eros André. PeGe FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victorino Lazcano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After a rather tough play, PeGe FC's Celestino Balasi got a free kick in the 45th minute. Eros André showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Lazcano, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Loukas Laboglou hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The PeGe FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Purple Talents were winning 0-3.

After a defensive mix-up in PeGe FC's zone, Leo De Hond stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eros André came out of the goal and Leo De Hond tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The throw-in from Wiktor Joensson in the 53rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Purple Talents's Antonio Vissenaeckens. 54 minutes into the match, Victorino Lazcano notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of PeGe FC's Eros André. Eros André was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Victorino Lazcano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eros André came out and tried to block the shot, but Victorino Lazcano slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 62nd minute. Eros André made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Victorino Lazcano sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Victorino Lazcano took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Eros André to make any attempt to save it. Eros André was a little too slow when Victorino Lazcano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-7. Eros André was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Yu Cheng Kang capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Yu Cheng Kang really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. The audience was convinced that Victorino Lazcano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eros André was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. 박 서문 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Folke Dahlkvist in the 81st minute of the match. Victorino Lazcano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Eros André made a huge save. In the 86th minute of the match Purple Talents got a corner. PeGe FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yu Cheng Kang ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Gustav Mattheijs almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but PeGe FC's Eros André did a great save. Eros André was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Richy Van Boeckost capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Richy Van Boeckost really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. 92 minutes into the match, Purple Talents's Richy Van Boeckost sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eros André narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After taking down the ball on Purple Talents's corner Yu Cheng Kang fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eros André quite easily take care of the ball. When Richy Van Boeckost came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Purple Talents fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Richy Van Boeckost couldn't finish the play. The PeGe FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Purple Talents were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
