The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Oliver Bierhoff cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. William Zombori was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee felt a red card was in order, 13 minutes into the game, when Miki Moco put in a rough tackle. ADM Taquaras's Nestor Soeiro was substituted for Oliver Bierhoff. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ADM Taquaras! William Zombori was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wágner Leme showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 18 minute of play. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's William Zombori proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ from getting a goal against them. Marcial Silviano scored 2-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeremias Moreno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Pastor Edorta hit a great ball. William Zombori made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Áron Bódog sent off a good shot on target.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcial Silviano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's goal looked a bit too open when Áron Bódog came free, but William Zombori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Marcial Silviano notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno. Jeremias Moreno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Teofilo Galtero was substituted for Ovidio Marin. William Zombori stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Áron Bódog's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Áron Bódog in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck William Zombori prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ADM Taquaras's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Marcial Silviano scored to the left of an out of position Jeremias Moreno, making the score, 2-4. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ made a substitution. Marcos Firmo replaced Lautaro Acosta. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ made a substitution. Jorge Joachim replaced Marcial Silviano. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Áron Bódog in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck William Zombori prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute ADM Taquaras were awarded a corner. Áron Bódog went to the cornerflag to take it. ADM Taquaras's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Jorge Joachim scored to the left of an out of position Jeremias Moreno, making the score, 3-5. Malcolm Westerberg made in the 93rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Áron Bódog however managed to control. When the final whistle went the supporters of ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant ADM Taquaras side.
