After 7 minutes of play, Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ's Radamel-Falcao García made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Egídio Reis was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 13 minutes, Claudinho Arósio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leões do Sul 53's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudinho Arósio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dedé Almeida charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dedé Almeida the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ booed when Leões do Sul 53 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dedé Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leões do Sul 53's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Xelo Fernandes scored to the left of an out of position Egídio Reis, making the score, 2-0. With splendid footwork Radamel-Falcao García arrived in front of goal to shoot 3-0 by the left pole in the game's 19th minute. Serapio Bado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Soeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Egídio Reis made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Radamel-Falcao García sent off a good shot on target. Egídio Reis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radamel-Falcao García in the 28th minute. The audience was convinced that Radamel-Falcao García's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Egídio Reis was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Eustaquio Castorena sped through Leões do Sul 53's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Egídio Reis. Egídio Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radamel-Falcao García in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Xelo Fernandes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ's Santikurtz Romay was substituted for Xelo Fernandes. After some careless play in the Leões do Sul 53 defense, Radamel-Falcao García kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Egídio Reis. The Leões do Sul 53 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Egídio Reis should have stopped the shot. Radamel-Falcao García sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Radamel-Falcao García took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Egídio Reis. Egídio Reis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. After having played for 78 minutes, Bittor Adarzo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bittor Adarzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 79 minutes into the game, Santikurtz Romay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Egídio Reis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 84 minutes, Radamel-Falcao García made it 12-0 with a short kick to the right side. Leões do Sul 53's Egídio Reis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radamel-Falcao García in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Egídio Reis saved Leões do Sul 53 from getting behind. After 92nd play minutes Radamel-Falcao García shot 13-0, a short shot which went by Egídio Reis and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Radamel-Falcao García put it in 14-0 from a short distance just to the right of Egídio Reis. There was no doubt that Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ were the better team. Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
