Gustavo Salamon started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, OLYMPIACOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Salamon came free, but Ovidio Oto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evaristo Guilabertus hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Teodoro Rozarius shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 7th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ovidio Oto but with some difficulty. ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Gavino Orlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Eduino in the 10th minute of play. When Cristo Mitxaut fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s protests and gave Cristo Mitxaut a yellow card for diving instead. After 10 played minutes ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ got a freekick which was hit by Cristo Mitxaut. Ramiro Lore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Gavino Orlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Andres Sidro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the game, Cristo Mitxaut lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Ovidio Oto. Hermengildo Bertol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hermengildo Bertol who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Ovidio Oto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Constantino Felipo kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. OLYMPIACOS FC's Ovidio Oto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save OLYMPIACOS FC from getting a goal against them. Cristo Mitxaut kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the game, one of ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ovidio Oto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hermengildo Bertol in the 34th minute. Cristo Mitxaut received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ovidio Oto came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristo Mitxaut slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Salamon in the 39th minute of play forced OLYMPIACOS FC's goalkeeper Ovidio Oto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Gustavo Salamon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ovidio Oto. The goal made the score 3-0. In the 46th minute of the match Lisandro Tomi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ovidio Oto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ramiro Lore stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes OLYMPIACOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Eduino. Ovidio Oto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Bertol in the 61st minute of play. OLYMPIACOS FC's Ovidio Oto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Bertol in the 62nd minute of play. After some careless play in the OLYMPIACOS FC defense, Cristo Mitxaut kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ovidio Oto. The OLYMPIACOS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ovidio Oto should have stopped the shot. Cristo Mitxaut scored 5-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ovidio Oto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ovidio Oto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristo Mitxaut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Lisandro Tomi got a free kick in the 76th minute. Ovidio Oto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Rozarius, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Saul Joanes hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Eliseo Eduino in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gavino Orlan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Hermengildo Bertol got a free kick in the 86th minute. ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Hermengildo Bertol got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute Gustavo Salamon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Oto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as OLYMPIACOS FC's Ramiro Lore slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gavino Orlan. That made the score 5-1 after 95 minutes of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the OLYMPIACOS FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
