That made the score 1-0 after 2 minutes of play. 5 minutes into the match, CE LAJEADENSE RS's goal looked a bit too open when Jupp Buhrmann came free, but Luisão Sabóia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joãozinho Pernambucano came free with the goalkeeper in the 11th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mikael Sjöberg could save by the left post. Franklin Loureiro scored 3-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mikael Sjöberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Andersson in the 28th minute of play forced CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalkeeper Luisão Sabóia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mikael Sjöberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Rossi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CE LAJEADENSE RS's Joãozinho Pernambucano got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 36 minutes of play, No Gravity FC's Zula Kasiewski made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luisão Sabóia was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Jano Nascimento got a free kick in the 39th minute. José Carlos Peres charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Carlos Peres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes CE LAJEADENSE RS got a freekick which was hit by José Carlos Peres. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute Zula Kasiewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisão Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, No Gravity FC's goal looked a bit too open when Franklin Loureiro came free, but Mikael Sjöberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute No Gravity FC were awarded a corner. Einar Uggla went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to No Gravity FC's Zula Kasiewski getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 63rd minute, Franklin Loureiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luisão Sabóia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Einar Uggla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicola Zalewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mikael Sjöberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joãozinho Pernambucano in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Joãozinho Pernambucano made a precise shot to the right of Mikael Sjöberg. No Gravity FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. In the 80th match minute, CE LAJEADENSE RS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Carlos França to maneuver through the defense. Jupp Buhrmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Luisão Sabóia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franklin Loureiro in the 86th minute of play forced No Gravity FC's goalkeeper Mikael Sjöberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Joãozinho Pernambucano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CE LAJEADENSE RS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Mikael Sjöberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joãozinho Pernambucano in the 93rd minute of the match. When Einar Uggla fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored No Gravity FC's protests and gave Einar Uggla a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of CE LAJEADENSE RS booed when No Gravity FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Einar Uggla didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Flaco López came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the CE LAJEADENSE RS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flaco López couldn't finish the play. Olle Hammarström hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. CE LAJEADENSE RS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
