After a defensive mix-up in RED BLUE STAR's zone, Naldo Guerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Tender came out of the goal and Naldo Guerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Damian Tender was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zico Galo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. After 8 minutes, Vânderson Carioca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Velho Barreiro FC and the RED BLUE STAR players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vânderson Carioca hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute Ciro Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Tender saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Naldo Guerra succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 11th playminute. RED BLUE STAR's Damian Tender proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save RED BLUE STAR from getting a goal against them. Fabian Şoimaru kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes RED BLUE STAR got a freekick which was hit by Octav Ciocan. Velho Barreiro FC's Lovis Wefers got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Damian Tender showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zico Galo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute, Zico Galo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damian Tender was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Naldo Guerra took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Damian Tender to make any attempt to save it. Octav Ciocan kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. When Lovis Wefers came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Velho Barreiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lovis Wefers couldn't finish the play. Damian Tender was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ferid Eker showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 33 minute of play. RED BLUE STAR's Damian Tender played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Montenegro in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by RED BLUE STAR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lovis Wefers was slow to take the kick. During this time Velho Barreiro FC's players had a chance to rest. Zico Galo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 42 minutes into the game, Velho Barreiro FC's Ferid Eker nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damian Tender made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ferid Eker stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Ferid Eker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Tender saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damian Tender made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferid Eker in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd minute, Zico Galo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damian Tender was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Naldo Guerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damian Tender showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferid Eker, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. The Velho Barreiro FC fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Velho Barreiro FC's Edmílson Cosme looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ciro Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Tender having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmílson Cosme in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damian Tender prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 81 minutes, Edmílson Cosme made it 10-0 with a short kick to the right side. RED BLUE STAR's Damian Tender tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Naldo Guerra might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damian Tender. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Naldo Guerra ran back to his position shaking his head. Damian Tender made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naldo Guerra in the 84th minute of play. Damian Tender came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Velho Barreiro FC's Edmílson Cosme. But to his dismay, Edmílson Cosme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 12-0 when Zico Galo sped through RED BLUE STAR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Damian Tender. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zico Galo in the 95th minute of play forced RED BLUE STAR's goalkeeper Damian Tender to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Velho Barreiro FC were the better team. Velho Barreiro FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
