Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Gustaw Kosmatka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iosif Gurlui in the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Buzoianu in the 6th minute of play forced Karpaty Krosno's goalkeeper Gustaw Kosmatka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustaw Kosmatka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Buzoianu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juliusz Mios's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Zsigmond Pál firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juliusz Mios got free with Zsigmond Pál in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 15 minutes into the match, Wawrzyniec Bielecki dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zsigmond Pál, 2-0. If George Buzoianu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gustaw Kosmatka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Buzoianu in the 24th minute of play. George Buzoianu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Baia Mare -MM-'s Zsigmond Pál got control of the ball when Juliusz Mios tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Ulryk Lamczyk fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karpaty Krosno's protests and gave Ulryk Lamczyk a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes Karpaty Krosno got a freekick which was hit by Ulryk Lamczyk. George Buzoianu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for George Buzoianu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Karpaty Krosno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulryk Lamczyk to maneuver through the defense. After 55 played minutes F.C. Baia Mare -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Dragoş Balint. 58 minutes into the match, Karpaty Krosno's goalkeeper Gustaw Kosmatka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iosif Gurlui. Baia Mare -MM-'s Zsigmond Pál played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kacper Piekarczyk in the 64th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Grzegorz Wyrostek threw the ball into play from the sideline. F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s Anton Baicea quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After some careless play in the F.C. Baia Mare -MM- defense, Wawrzyniec Bielecki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zsigmond Pál. The F.C. Baia Mare -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zsigmond Pál should have stopped the shot. In the 81st minute Wawrzyniec Bielecki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zsigmond Pál saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If George Buzoianu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 played minutes F.C. Baia Mare -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Anton Baicea. Marcin Galaska was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 90th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Zsigmond Pál made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcin Galaska in the 95th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Karpaty Krosno fully deserved thier win.
