Merusca F&P - CIMZ's attentive Fellipe Capixaba managed to snatch the ball when Bonifacio Bazkoare made a throw-in in the 8th minute of the game. With a little luck, Carapa FC's Braulio Manny got control of the ball when Florian Capasso tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 9th minute Walmyr Novaes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Manny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute Lucas Ugutz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro-Facundo Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mauro-Facundo Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Ramone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Braulio Manny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walmyr Novaes in the 16th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Florian Capasso ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Braulio Manny. Braulio Manny yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. 44 minutes into the match, Eugenio Toppi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mauro-Facundo Buffon. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugenio Toppi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1.
The wind increased when Florian Capasso made the kick off in the second half. Florian Capasso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 55 minutes into the match, Carapa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Capasso came free, but Braulio Manny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Börje Hamnberg's late challenge caught a Merusca F&P - CIMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Börje Hamnberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, Carapa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Börje Hamnberg to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florian Capasso in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Braulio Manny saved Carapa FC from getting behind. The supporters of Merusca F&P - CIMZ booed when Carapa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Börje Hamnberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Hélder Fonseca was substituted for Florian Capasso. Merusca F&P - CIMZ made a substitution. Marcinho Sabóia replaced Fumanchu Ponta. In the 75th minute, Hélder Fonseca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hélder Fonseca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Merusca F&P - CIMZ were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Carapa FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Walmyr Novaes took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Walmyr Novaes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Braulio Manny quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 90th match minute, Carapa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xander Hleb to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd match minute, Carapa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Börje Hamnberg to maneuver through the defense. Hélder Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
