Rodrigo Colon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gaspar Primo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Gaspar Primo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Colon in the 18th minute of play. Paulino Lluterio scored 1-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gaspar Primo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paulino Lluterio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Gaspar Primo made a huge save. In the 28th minute, Benigno Aresti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Feliberto Rameriz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gaspar Primo. Frontera AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alejo Arce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brian Aguirre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th match minute, Pegaso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genaro Eutropio to maneuver through the defense. Brian Aguirre took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alejo Arce. Pegaso FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Brian Aguirre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Brian Aguirre had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alejo Arce. Pegaso FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brian Aguirre was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Brian Aguirre was the one to do the kick off. Gaspar Primo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Colon in the 55th minute of the match. Ildefonso Joanes's late challenge caught a Frontera AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ildefonso Joanes helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pegaso FC's Ildefonso Joanes got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute, Frontera AFC's Brian Aguirre ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alejo Arce. Alejo Arce yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. In the 68th minute, Rodrigo Colon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gaspar Primo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Mingo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. A collision led to Pegaso FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Ildefonso Joanes hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Vladimiro Mingo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pegaso FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Alejo Arce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Aguirre, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Alejo Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Aguirre in the 97th minute of play. Pegaso FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
